Trestle
The Trestle wave is probably the best surf wave in northern Oregon. Easy access and good eddy service. When this wave comes in usually once a year it is the place to be. Plan on staying all day, because once you surf this wave it's hard to leave. If camping is a possibility then that's the best option. Like I said, it only comes in once a year if your lucky.
